Opening from 10 June 2026.
I’m Caleb (Chan Hao Hua), a Registered Counsellor in Singapore.
As an Internal Family Systems (IFS) Level 2 trained counsellor, I work with individuals — often navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, or inner conflict, sometimes shaped by earlier life experiences — and the different “parts” within them.
We take time to gently understand what these parts are trying to protect, or what they may have been carrying, so they can relate to themselves with more clarity and a greater sense of calm.
Having been a client myself, I understand the mix of curiosity and hesitation — with questions such as, "Do I really need this? Is this worth the cost? Is it safe to tell a stranger my secrets?"
Take your time to decide if we’re a fit. Feel free to contact me if you would like to schedule a 20-minute chat (online and free of charge) to find out more.
My work is informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Polyvagal Theory. My approach focuses on creating a safe, conversational space to gently explore what feels unresolved or uncomfortable. While I have the professional training, I’m not the expert on your life — you are. Our work isn’t about fixing you, but about making sense of what’s happening inside — at a pace that feels manageable, with curiosity and compassion.
Counselling fees are structured on a sliding scale based on affordability. Find out more here.
