I’m Caleb, a Registered Counsellor in Singapore. Like many of you, I’ve sat in the client’s chair. I know the hesitation - all the "Do I really need this? Is this worth the cost? Is it safe to tell a stranger my secrets?"

My approach is simple: I focus on creating enough safety for us to have an honest conversation. While I have the professional training, I’m not the expert on your life - you are. I'm not here to fix you, but to be a witness to your story and a partner in figuring out the path forward. 

As an Internal Family Systems (IFS) Level 2 trained counsellor, I particularly enjoy helping people discover their good-intentioned 'parts' - parts that work so hard for us, even when they show up as symptoms with negative labels such as stress, anxiety, depression or trauma.
